PRENUPTIAL AND POSTNUPTIAL AGREEMENTS

Mr. Lauriello has represented clients in the negotiation and drafting of numerous prenuptial agreements between couples who seek to set forth the terms of their relationship both during the marriage and in the event of a dissolving of their marriage. Mr. Lauriello’s goal in handling prenuptial agreements is to obtain the best terms for his client while recognizing the need to foster an environment in which a successful marriage can grow.

Mr. Lauriello has experience in both simple and complex matrimonial matters in the Supreme Courts of New York City and the surrounding Counties.  He seeks to obtain the best possible results for his clients in the financial area and with respect to custody and visitation.   Mr. Lauriello fights for his client’s rights both inside and outside of the Courtroom.

CUSTODY AND VISITATION
